Quanterios was designed for GDPR from the first commit, not retrofitted. EU-based DPO, signed Data Processing Agreement available on request, no transatlantic data egress, and no training on customer data, full stop.

Least-privilege access
Only named customer team and Quanterios engineers explicitly authorised under your DPA. Every access is logged.

No training on customer data
We do not train models on customer content. Our migration-outcomes corpus uses anonymised aggregate signals only.

Customer-controlled retention
Default retention windows are configurable per data class. On termination, all data deleted within 90 days unless instructed otherwise.

EU-based DPO

Public subprocessor list
Every subprocessor listed publicly. 30 days' notice before any change.
02 · Data subject rights
Under GDPR, individuals have specific rights. Quanterios supports each through documented workflow.
Right of access
Export of all personal data Quanterios holds about the data subject. Five-business-day SLA.
Right to rectification
Correction of inaccurate personal data. Five-business-day SLA.
Right to erasure
Deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Ten-business-day SLA.
Right to portability
Machine-readable export of personal data. Available on request.
Right to object
Object to processing on grounds relating to particular situation. Reviewed within ten business days.
Right to lodge a complaint
Right to complain to a supervisory authority, typically the data subject's national DPA.
