Data Processing Agreement overview.

Quanterios provides a Data Processing Agreement for customers whose use of the platform involves processing personal data under applicable privacy law.

This page is a practical overview of what the DPA is designed to cover. The executed legal document, not this summary page, governs the processor obligations between Quanterios and the customer.

01 · What the DPA addresses
01
Roles and scope

Defines the controller-processor relationship, categories of data, data subjects, and the permitted processing activities.

02
Security obligations

Documents technical and organisational measures, access control expectations, incident reporting, and operational safeguards.

03
Subprocessors

Covers the current subprocessor approach, notice commitments, and the supporting review materials available to customers.

04
Deletion and return

Defines how customer data is returned or deleted at the end of the service relationship, subject to legal retention obligations.

05
Audit and assurance

Explains how customers can review security and privacy posture through documentation, trust materials, and contractual mechanisms.

06
Cross-border handling

Supports region-pinned deployment and the relevant legal treatment for any permitted cross-border processing scenario.

02 · When to request it
Procurement review
Request the DPA before legal review so privacy counsel can evaluate the data-processing terms alongside the main agreement.
Security questionnaire
Use the DPA together with the Trust package when vendor-risk or third-party-risk teams require privacy controls evidence.
DPIA or transfer review
Request the current DPA and supporting privacy materials if your organisation is performing a DPIA or regional processing assessment.
03 · How Quanterios handles requests

DPA requests are handled through the Trust and Legal teams. Please include your company name, expected deployment region, and whether you need the DPA for procurement review, renewal, or live deployment.

If your organisation uses a papering workflow with redlines, include the responsible legal contact so Quanterios can route the request correctly.
